1Operator Information

In 2026, we changed our name from "NullPo Works." There is no change to the substance of the Apps or of this Policy.

2Data We Collect

The Apps do not require an account and do not collect your name, email address, or other information that directly identifies you.

When you post to a leaderboard, the nickname you enter and your score are saved to our Firebase database (Cloud Firestore or Realtime Database) so that rankings can be displayed to other players.

The Apps show ads through Google AdMob. To deliver ads, AdMob may access a device advertising identifier, approximate location, and information about how ads are displayed and tapped. Ads are non-personalized, and this information is not used to track you across other apps or websites.

Limited diagnostic information such as crash and performance data may be collected through the advertising SDK and the operating system to keep the Apps running smoothly. This information is not linked to your identity.

The Apps do not use a separate analytics service such as Firebase Analytics.

3Purpose of Data Use

The collected data is used for the following purposes.

• Improving app quality and fixing bugs
• Analyzing and compiling usage statistics
• Delivering and optimizing advertisements
• Providing ranking features

Our Apps use the following third-party services. Please refer to their respective privacy policies for details on how they handle data.

Consent to advertising (European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland and similar regions)

If you use an App in a region where the law requires consent, versions that support it show a consent form for advertising the first time you start the App. In the form you can choose “Consent”, “Do not consent” or “Manage options” for storing and using information on your device (such as the advertising identifier) to deliver ads, and for the use of data by Google and its advertising partners. The list of advertising partners is shown in the form.

If you do not consent, you can still use the App as it is. In that case you see limited ads that do not use personal data.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from “Change ad consent” in the App's settings (in Piyo's Adventure, “Change” under “Ad consent”). We are adding this entry to each App in turn, starting with the versions that support it. In a version that does not have it yet, reinstalling the App shows the consent form again so you can choose again.

5Data Retention and Deletion

Ranking data (nicknames and scores) is retained for as long as necessary for service operation. If you wish to have your data deleted, please contact us through the window in 8. We will delete it promptly to the extent possible.

6Children's Privacy

We do not intentionally collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided data, we will promptly delete it.

7Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated as needed. Any changes will be posted on this page. In the case of significant changes, we may also notify users within the App.
