01How long does it take?
From start to launch, roughly a week for an essential site, one to two weeks for a brand site, two to three for a CMS-backed one.
02Can you embed media?
Yes — Spotify, SoundCloud, YouTube and the like, and we can host original audio too.
03Will you teach us how to update WordPress?
We run a session at handover, and the maintenance plans cover support after that.
04Have you built corporate sites?
Yes, including for care and welfare providers — making their principles visible while getting the SEO right. That site went on to bring its owner a commission from a local government.
05We have no photos or copy ready.
You can start as you are. We write the copy from the interview and build the visuals from what you hold plus licensed stock.
06What happens after I send the form?
We reply within a week and set an interview date. After the interview you receive a quote and the plan of work, and you decide there whether to go ahead.
07When can you start?
Our reply to your enquiry tells you the date we can start. The building itself takes days; what sets the time to launch is the rounds of confirming. When work is queued, a priority slot (+20%) puts yours ahead of it.
