The App is a free-to-play puzzle game that includes the following features.

• In-app purchases (ad removal)

2Terms of Use

• The App is intended for personal entertainment purposes only.
• No account registration is required to use the App.
• Submitting scores to the high score ranking is optional.

3Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited.

• Modifying, reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
• Exploiting bugs or system vulnerabilities for unfair advantage
• Submitting fraudulent data to the high score ranking
• Interfering with other users' ability to use the App
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or public decency

4Intellectual Property

All content within the App (including programs, images, music, and text) is the property of Veriquest or its respective rights holders.

5Advertising

The App uses a third-party advertising service (Google AdMob) to display advertisements. For information about how advertising-related data is handled, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Advertisements can be removed through an in-app purchase.

6In-App Purchases

• The App offers an ad-removal one-time purchase product.
• Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store payment systems.
• Refunds after purchase completion are subject to the respective store's refund policy. We do not process refunds independently.
• Purchased products are valid only on the account (device) where they were purchased.
• Parental consent is required for purchases by minors.

7Disclaimer of Warranties

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.
• The App may not function properly due to network conditions or device status.
• High score ranking data may be deleted without prior notice.

8Changes to and Termination of Service

We may modify the content of the App or discontinue it without prior notice.

9Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms as necessary. Modified Terms take effect once posted within the App or on our website.

10Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
• Any disputes arising from these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court with jurisdiction over our place of business, as the court of first instance.
